FastStone - The best image viewer and it's free. Highly recommended. PhotoFiltre - Very nice freeware. PhotoScape - Also very nice freeware. Great easy to use frames. GIMP - open source ChaosPro - Fractal freeware. Seems interesting, haven't mastered it yet. Pixarra TwistedBrush - Free version is lots of fun even tho it's brushes are limited. Ability Photopaint - (no link) I got this on a software cd and use it for almost all my art. Ulead Photo Express - (no link) Got this on a software cd also and use it for text effects.
